Job summary

RevCats in Charlotte, NC is seeking an onsite contract-to-hire professional to support estate and trust administration. Responsibilities include drafting probate documents, estate accountings, planning documents, and preparing federal estate and gift tax returns. In-person attendance is required.

The role offers $40/hour W2 during the contract period with potential conversion to a $90,000 annual salary upon full-time hire, along with excellent benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Regular in-person attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support estate and trust administration, including drafting and preparing probate documents, estate accountings, estate planning documents, and federal estate and gift tax returns.
• Review, proofread, revise, and organize documents
• Prepare court filings
• Schedule and participate in client meetings
• Contribute analysis to matter strategy
• Follow applicable professional ethical standards.
