The role emphasizes tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing and maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

The ideal candidate has multifamily experience, strong communication, and a track record of improving community performance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tyler, Texas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing requirements, local housing laws, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and monitor performance.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports; track key metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets; align expenses with goals.
• Collect rent, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate evictions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Build positive resident relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
• Oversee leasing process, including background checks and leases.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs; manage vendors.
