Henderson Properties is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist for a build-to-rent community in Albemarle, NC. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move-ins in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This onsite role requires weekend availability during initial lease-up and transitions to a traditional schedule as the community stabilizes. Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $18.50.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for prospective and current residents.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, voicemails, emails, online inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Manage leasing leads and coordinate property tours to maximize occupancy.
• Educate prospects on available homes, qualifications, applications, leases and move-ins.
• Facilitate lease signings and move-in activities for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management software.
• Assist with outreach and marketing to increase leasing activity.
• Support Property Managers with daily operational needs.
