Job summary

FLATS is seeking a Resident Manager to lead on-site property operations across the resident life cycle, from inquiry to move-out, by delivering outstanding service and managing occupancy. You will supervise leasing consultants, train team members, and coordinate with maintenance and support departments to achieve budgeted goals, cash flow, and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Leasing License required.
• Property management, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Yardi or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct tours and deliver a strong first impression of the FLATS brand.
• Oversee the leasing process from inquiry through lease execution.
• Monitor pipeline, pricing, and concessions to maximize occupancy.
• Manage resident inquiries and coordinate amenities and services.
• Maintain accurate resident records and lease documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize vacancy and ensure turn readiness.
• Partner with Property Manager to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
