Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property onsite in the United States. The role focuses on greeting and qualifying prospective residents, tours, and closing leases while supporting daily leasing operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time on-site position with standard property duties.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service and maintaining resident relations.
• Ability to follow policies and Fair Housing Laws; basic OSHA knowledge.
• Familiarity with on-site software functions and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property.
• Greet, tour, qualify, and lease prospective residents; complete leasing paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and support marketing plans.
