Job summary

Greystar is seeking an onsite Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across our Oklahoma community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and timely lease renewals through tours, applications, screenings, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and traffic.
• Track occupancy, traffic, and data using property management software.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and proactive outreach.
• Respond to resident and owner questions and resolve issues promptly.
