Asset Living's Otarre Pointe Apartments in West Columbia, SC seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing, collaborating with the Community Manager to hit occupancy goals. You will lead the leasing team, ensure positive resident relations, and implement retention programs.

The role requires daily on-site presence, strong customer service, and the ability to drive leasing and renewal efforts while aligning with company leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead leasing team and achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; conduct tours.
• Assist in annual marketing plan and budget; monitor occupancy.
