Job summary

Kysin LLC is hiring an Onsite Leasing Agent for a new single-family build-to-rent community in Irmo, SC. You will drive initial occupancy and then manage renewals, turnover leasing and resident retention as the community stabilizes.

This is a commission-eligible sales role requiring hands-on lease-up experience and an active SC real estate license. Schedule is Wed-Sat 9:00–18:00 and Sun 12:00–17:00, onsite with no remote flexibility during lease-up.

Qualifications

• Active SC real estate license (non-negotiable).
• 2+ years lease-up experience in new construction/build-to-rent.
• Must reside or relocate to greater Irmo, SC area; onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing funnel from inquiry to signed lease.
• Shift from lease-up to renewals and turnover leasing after stabilization.
• Proactively source traffic beyond inbound leads via community events, partnerships, referrals, and social media.
• Close tours through consultative sales, handle objections, and document CRM touches.
• Ensure all lease, application and screening comply with Fair Housing and company policy.
• Maintain show-ready model units, leasing office and common areas.
• Provide regular leasing activity reports (traffic, tours, applications, approvals, denials, leases).
