Avis Budget Group Learning Specialist role supports training delivery across field locations. This entry-level position works onsite with employees and leaders to assist onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training.

The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand learning and development experience with frontline employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support field locations.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers.
• Assist onboarding and new hire training at location level.
• Coordinate training logistics and learning activities at assigned locations.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions.
• Observe performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards.
