Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to join our on-site team in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will welcome and guide new hires, facilitate onboarding and client-specific training programs, and ensure training is delivered accurately and on time while supporting associates in reaching performance goals.

You will report to the Learning and Development Manager and help create an engaging learning environment that encourages growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months+ in training and adult learning or call center experience.
• Ability to foster collaboration and create an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and actively engage new hires in training and onboarding.
• Deliver client-specific training programs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Report to Learning and Development Manager and assist with training goals.
• Provide high-quality product training to associates.
