TTEC is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to join our on-site team in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will welcome and guide new hires, facilitate onboarding and client-specific training programs, and ensure training is delivered accurately and on time while supporting associates in reaching performance goals.

You will report to the Learning and Development Manager and help create an engaging learning environment that encourages growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months+ in training and adult learning or call center experience.
• Ability to foster collaboration and create an inclusive learning environment.

• Deliver client-specific training programs and ensure on-time delivery.

What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Do you love helping set someone up for success? In this role, you'll support and actively engage new hires in a training environment while facilitating onboarding and client-specific training programs. You'll work to ensure training is delivered accurately and on time while supporting associates in achieving training goals and performance expectations.

You'll report to the Learning and Development Manager. We're looking for a Trainer to welcome and excite new hires as they start their new careers.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Inspire and motivate learners to reach for amazing
• Mentor and coach new hires within client training goals and time frames
• Bring your interest in helping others to start their career journeys successfully
• Deliver high-quality client product training

What You Bring to the Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more in training and adult learning or call center experience
• Foster collaboration and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment
• Support trainees by ensuring they have the tools, resources, and systems knowledge needed to succeed in their role

The anticipated range is $50,000-$55,000 annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. As part of our hiring process, AI-powered tools may be used to assist in the prescreening and evaluation of candidates.
