Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and maintain external certification and partner education programs. You will build high‑quality learning content to help advertisers, agencies, and partners effectively use products and tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, cross‑functional teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistent quality across all certification materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and content development across multiple modalities (eLearning, VILT, video, microlearning, job aids).
• Strong understanding and application of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content across formats including interactive elearning modules, VILT sessions, engaging videos, microlearning resources, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross‑functional teams to ensure materials are accurate, current, and aligned with objectives.
• Build foundational training materials that articulate the platform's value proposition to external partners.
• Create tailored, role‑based learning experiences for external audiences.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain accuracy and relevance of external certification content.
• Apply advanced instructional design principles to create clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks, guides, infographics, and performance support tools.
• Update content based on feedback and platform enhancements.
• Gather content from SMEs ensuring precision and integrity.
• Incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve content quality.
• Adhere to templates and standards for consistency across all materials.
