Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and ID models.
• Experience in lesson and curriculum planning.
• Ability to storyboard and translate concepts into visuals.
• Excellent copywriting for scripts, audio, and video content.
• Experience using AI tools to brainstorm and accelerate development.
• Degree in ID, educational technology, or related field.
• Solid foundation in ID, adult learning, and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning activities and content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs for audiences.
• Define instructional goals and align content accordingly.
• Visualize graphics, UI, and finished learning products.
• Conduct research on learners and contexts.
• Apply instructional design theories across initiatives.
• Develop exercises and activities to boost skills.
• Create media assets: audio, video, simulations, games.
• Establish criteria to evaluate learner performance.
• Maintain project documentation and asset folders.
• Create assets for awareness and behavior change in programs.
• Participate in meetings, manage assets via tickets, review feedback.
