Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division in Troy, IL is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead lean transformation onsite at the Troy facility. Relocation is provided within the United States.

You will drive operational excellence, develop employees' problem-solving capabilities through training, Kaizen events, and 5S, and manage the OpA program to build a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations and/or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• No immigration sponsorship or visa assistance for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the OPEX strategic vision and roadmaps for the Troy, IL facility.
• Lead and facilitate EBS tools training and BOS meetings.
• Drive cost-out accountability aligned with Profit Plan objectives.
• Develop ELSS/CI Tool Champions and plant-wide training plan.
• Maintain productivity and safe, compliant operations.
