Job summary

System One is seeking a Business Process Manager in Oro Valley, AZ for a 2-year onsite contract paying $60–$70/hr. The role drives lean methodologies, CI practices, and cost reductions across the organization.

The BPM will lead process mapping, change management, and large transformations, training stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing CI programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive BPM strategy, including process mapping and change management framework.
• Establish and communicate the business process vision, leading LEAN or Six Sigma improvement aligned with goals.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on priorities to maximize value.
• Lead large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations across the organization.
• Train stakeholders and build capability for continuous improvement.
