Job summary

Philips is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and a skilled team in Linwood, PA, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable delivery to customers.

You will coach and develop direct reports, monitor key metrics, enforce Lean and Health & Safety standards, and contribute to forecasting and planning in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in industrial operations, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, distribution, or related field; bachelor’s degree may waive experience
• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or related field; or 4+ years with vocational education and Lean certification
• Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Drive operational performance by monitoring productivity, equipment utilization, cost, quality, and efficiency
• Ensure training on processes, work instructions, tools, and Health & Safety requirements
• Apply Lean methodologies to streamline operations and support new products and processes
• Support forecasting and annual operating planning, employee selection, performance management, and development
