Job summary

Philips is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Linwood, PA to lead day-to-day distribution operations and a team of employees. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery to customers.

You will coach and develop direct reports, monitor metrics, and ensure training on processes, tools, and Health & Safety requirements. Lean principles will guide optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial operations or related field.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/operations.
• Lean leadership training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution operations and coach direct reports.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and cost metrics.
• Ensure training on processes, work instructions, and health and safety.
• Apply Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Assist in forecasting and annual operating planning.
