You will report disruptions to the Manufacturing group leader, operate machinery, monitor output quality, and maintain daily production records and pilot runs for performance analysis.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or vocational education with 1+ year of team leadership experience; Lean Six Sigma or Safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational education required.
• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team.
• Lean Six Sigma or Safety Fundamentals or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report disruptions or deviations to the Manufacturing group leader to minimize downtime.
• Operate and oversee machinery and equipment per instructions.
• Monitor output quality and maintain daily production records and pilot runs.
• Maintain positive working relationships and provide certification level job training.
