Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, distribution, or related environment; or qualify with a Bachelor's degree.
• Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring daily work is performed safely, accurately, and efficiently while fostering accountability, engagement, and a positive team environment.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring and improving key metrics, including productivity, equipment utilization, cost, quality, and overall efficiency.
• Apply Lean methodologies and continuous improvement to streamline operations and support new products, processes, and initiatives.
