Job summary

LiveCo is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations on our Benton, AR projects. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality align with LiveCo’s standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple trades on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and field execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Plan upcoming work, material deliveries, and trade sequencing.
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity throughout construction.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and coordinate field activities.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact project progress.
• Communicate project updates with Project Managers and leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
