Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects over $3M.
• Strong understanding of contract documents and project scope.
• Experience with safety programs and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate installation of work per contract documents, schedule, and sequence.
• Understand project scope and equipment needs for assigned areas/trades.
• Estimate durations and optimize equipment utilization.
• Monitor material and equipment delivery dates affecting assigned areas.
• Supervise field workforce and manage budgets for supervised work.
• Implement safety program, conduct inspections, and establish hazard controls.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
