Job summary

Bass Concrete, a Nabholz company, is seeking a Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial projects in Arkansas. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews to deliver on schedule, within budget, and with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires 5+ years in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in supervision, strong blueprint reading skills, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with Procore and FieldWire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial concrete construction with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proficient reading blueprints, plans, and specifications; strong OSHA knowledge.
• Experience with Procore and FieldWire or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee concrete construction activities including layout, formwork, reinforcing, pouring, curing, and finishing.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead safety programs, conduct site meetings, and enforce quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and manage labor, materials, and equipment.
