Job summary

LiveCo in Benton, AR is seeking a Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from site to finish. You will oversee daily field operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership.
• Experience managing multiple trades on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and field execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Procore or similar construction management software experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Plan upcoming work, material deliveries, and trade sequencing
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity throughout construction
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and coordinate field activities
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact project progress
• Communicate project updates with Project Managers and company leadership
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect
