Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to support utility-scale renewable energy projects in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will lead onsite coordination with electrical subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Experienced construction professional with electrical background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
• Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast-paced field environment.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day onsite coordination with electrical subcontractors and EPC partners.
• Overseeing electrical installation and QA/QC efforts to ensure safety and compliance.
• Conducting regular site walks to monitor installation progress and identify issues.
