Job summary

Annex Group LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Assistant Supervisor to support onsite coordination for commercial projects. You will assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and safety oversight across multi-family sites, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial construction, strong field acumen, and proficiency in MS Office. OSHA/LEED credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Field experience is highly valuable.
• Multi-Family market experience required.
• 5+ years of commercial construction activities in the field.
• Working knowledge of email and MS Office.
• OSHA, LEED, and related accreditations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling projects with look ahead schedules.
• Schedule manpower daily, weekly, and monthly in line with the master schedule.
• Documentation, quality control, and safety oversight on the job.
• Receive and inventory materials procured by GC.
• Demonstrate strong construction process knowledge and field acumen.
• Provide leadership through team building and communication.
