Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. The role focuses on upholding a safe, well-maintained living environment, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating preventative upkeep in collaboration with the property manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, CPO and HVAC certifications, and proficiency with OneSite/Yardi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office.
• CPO and HVAC certifications required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and ensure tools work properly.
• Monitor hazards and maintain safety across the property.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Schedule on-call rotations and ensure 24/7 availability with the property manager.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours when possible.
• Ensure leases, inspections, renewals, and permits are documented.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure work meets company standards.
