Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician at One Webster, Chelsea, MA. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise the team, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining resident amenities and grounds to high standards.

This hands‑on role focuses on preventing issues, coordinating make‑ready turnover, and collaborating with the Property Management team to deliver excellent service to residents and staff. Strong OSHA practices and licensing are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of experience of inventory control, ordering, & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsabilidades

• Perform and oversee routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property and amenities.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make‑ready activities and boards.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; assist with troubleshooting.
• Communicate with residents and management to minimize disruption.
• Maintain safety procedures and OSHA compliance for the team.
