Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property in Chelsea, MA. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily maintenance, makes sure building systems, grounds, and resident amenities meet company standards, and works with the Property Management team to deliver excellent service.

You will supervise and train maintenance staff, handle work orders, and coordinate make-ready activities to ensure timely unit turnover.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in property management or hospitality.
• 1+ year supervising two or more employees.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal License required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Manage apartment turnover and keep the make-ready board up to date.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with residents and Property Management to minimize disruption.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA regulations and proper chemical handling.
• Respond to on-call rotations during evenings or weekends.
