Qualifications

• Requires extensive heavy civil design-build experience.
• Minimum 10 years as Construction Superintendent.
• Two heavy civil design-build projects in last 15 years with $10M+ value each.
• EM 385-1-1 24-Hour Construction Safety Training completed in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and supervision for heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and labor resources.
• Ensure work safety, efficiency, and compliance with specs and contract requirements.
• Interpret and execute construction plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, including critical path activities.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce project safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, Inspectors, and subs.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and field records.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule and budget impacts.
