Job summary

Oracle’s Global Environment, Health & Safety team is seeking an experienced EHS Manager onsite at Abilene, TX, Santa Teresa, NM, Saline, MI, or Port Washington, WI to lead EHS execution across hyperscale data centers.

You will directly manage a team of EHS Specialists and partner with Data Center Operations, Construction, and Facilities to translate global programs into site-level practice, driving accountability and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience with leadership/people management.
• Experience managing EHS programs in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS Specialists across multiple sites.
• Ensure consistent EHS program deployment, policies, and procedures across data centers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks with cross-functional partners.
• Drive site audits, inspections, and closure of corrective actions.
