Job summary

Oracle’s Global Environment, Health & Safety team is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead site EHS execution onsite at Abilene, TX; Santa Teresa, NM; Saline, MI; or Port Washington, WI for hyperscale data centers.

You will manage a team of EHS Specialists, drive program standardization, partner with Operations, Construction and Facilities, and ensure OSHA compliance and risk mitigation in fast-paced data center environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of EHS leadership experience.
• Experience leading field-based EHS teams across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO frameworks and EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS Specialists supporting hyperscale data centers.
• Ensure consistent implementation of EHS programs, policies, and procedures across sites.
• Partner with Data Center Operations, Construction, and Facilities to identify and mitigate risks.
