Job summary

Lyntris seeks a Lead Systems Integration & DevSecOps Engineer for on-site work in Sterling, VA. You will own system integration testing, build tooling and secure, scalable infrastructure for DoD software systems, and mentor teams across programs.

You will drive integration and DevSecOps initiatives, ensure compliance with security standards, and develop reusable patterns, test harnesses, and deployment practices for a portfolio of programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Led system integration and test efforts across multiple subsystems.
• Led DevSecOps adoption in secure, regulated environments.
• Experience building reusable tooling across programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Own SIT across subsystems and external systems, managing interfaces and security.
• Define SWIT/SIT test threads, cases, and traceability from requirements.
• Lead integration events with external/system owners and government stakeholders.
• Develop test automation frameworks, harnesses, and utilities.
• Build regression capabilities in CI/CD pipelines for early issue detection.
• Collaborate to standardize environment config and documentation.
