Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is seeking an onsite condominium Property Manager (LCAM) in Cooper City, FL to oversee daily HOA operations, manage budgets and financial reporting, and ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is licensed LCAM, bilingual in English/Spanish, with 5+ years of HOA/property management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Florida LCAM license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of community association or property management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community with onsite presence.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance, safety, and appearance concerns.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors and service providers.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs and projects.
• Enforce governing documents, rules, regulations, and architectural standards.
• Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Serve as liaison between residents and the Board of Directors.
• Prepare for and attend Board, Annual, and Budget Meetings; prepare minutes and notices.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenses, and review invoices.
• Maintain Association records, contracts, and insurance information.
• Coordinate community events and association-sponsored activities.
• Ensure compliance with Florida condominium and HOA laws.
• Respond to emergencies during and after hours as needed.
