Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Contract Lease Analyst to review lease documents and ensure accurate data within Quorum On Demand Land (ODL). The role focuses on validating lease payments, obligations, terms, and related data while escalating discrepancies to the Land Manager.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Quorum ODL, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position is fully onsite in a Houston, TX environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in land records administration focusing on real property leases and payments.
• Hands-on experience with Quorum On Demand Land (ODL).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review lease documents and data for accuracy in Quorum ODL.
• Validate and update lease payment information and obligations.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager.
• Maintain accurate land and lease records; perform additional related duties.
