Job summary

SSi People in Houston seeks a detail-driven Lease Analyst to support lease data validation and payment administration in a fast-moving land records environment. You will help maintain accuracy across critical lease terms, obligations, and escalations while contributing to the integrity of operational records.

The role requires on-site availability and hands-on review of lease documents, data in the land records system, and calibration of payments, escalations, and terms for consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in land records administration with emphasis on leases, payments, escalations, and obligations.
• Experience with Quorum ODL.
• On-site availability required; remote/hybrid not available.

Responsibilities

• Review lease documents and data for accuracy in the land records system.
• Update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information with data integrity.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues to the Land Manager as needed.
• Support additional duties assigned to assist ongoing land administration needs.
