Job summary

SSi People in Houston seeks a detail-driven Lease Analyst to support lease data validation and payment administration in a fast-moving land records environment. You will help maintain accuracy across critical lease terms, obligations, and escalations while contributing to the integrity of operational records.

The role requires on-site availability and hands-on review of lease documents, data in the land records system, and calibration of payments, escalations, and terms for consistency.

Job Summary: We are partnering with this company to present a high-impact opportunity for a detail-driven professional who can support lease data validation and payment administration in a fast-moving land records environment. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help maintain accuracy across critical lease terms, obligations, and escalations while contributing to the integrity of key operational records.

Must Have

• Experience in land records administration with emphasis on real property leases, lease payments, payment escalations, and lease obligations.
• Experience with Quorum ODL.

Responsibilities

• Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in the land records system.
• Update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information with a strong focus on data integrity.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues to the Land Manager as needed.
• Support additional duties assigned to assist ongoing land administration needs.

Required

• Basic land title experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps preferred.
• Experience with Google Earth software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• On-site availability required; remote and hybrid work are not available.
