Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Assist certified Welders and Mechanics by preparing materials, tools, and work areas.
• Support repair work by helping layout components for accurate repairs.
• Observe equipment needs and help develop repair plans under supervision.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on welding machines and tooling.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet department goals.
• Maintain productive pace to maximize hours and minimize waste.
• Participate in training to expand technical skills and compliance knowledge.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping to keep area tidy.
• Be prepared for additional duties to support operations.
