Qualifications

• Proficiency in database management systems for accurate record-keeping and data retrieval.
• Exceptional communication skills with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards by monitoring equipment conditions and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Field Managers to align workflows with strategic priorities.
• Inspect service jobs to maintain quality, identify process improvements, and implement solutions.
• Schedule maintenance to balance routine work, outages, and repairs for efficiency.
• Manage the planning lifecycle: scoping jobs, coordinating materials, scheduling resources, and coordinating cross-functional communication.
• Use scheduling tools to document workflows, track progress, and adapt to digital systems.
