Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) is seeking a Labor Relations Administrator to support our clients in Oak Ridge, TN. This onsite role requires accuracy in data entry, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage records in a secure environment.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The position is onsite at Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, with regular 4x10 schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry assignments as well as document sorting, filing, and record keeping maintenance.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Capable of learning and utilizing specialized computer programs and systems to input and record data.
• Should have strong communication skills to include verbal and written communications.
