Actalent is seeking a Laboratory & Sample Management Technician to support day-to-day lab operations, sample processing, and quality control in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and test samples, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, shipping, and compliance to ensure audit-ready data for aircraft and real-world operations.

This fully onsite contract role requires a high attention to detail, SOP adherence, and the ability to work full-time in El Segundo, CA.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, sample management, or technical experience.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and documentation requirements.
• Experience with record-keeping and data integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lab software systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs and test methods precisely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• On-site full-time work for duration of contract.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, label, organize, and process laboratory samples according to SOPs.
• Perform routine laboratory testing and measurements.
• Maintain accurate notebooks, records, and electronic documentation.
• Inspect samples for quality and labeling accuracy.
• Assist with reagent preparation and setup activities.
• Record test results and maintain audit-ready quality records.
• Package and ship laboratory samples and materials with proper documentation.
• Manage laboratory inventory and consumables, calibration coordination.
• Support investigations into deviations or out-of-spec results.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of laboratory materials.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment per SOPs.
• Receive, label, store, and track reagents and samples.
