Job summary

TalentFish is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Handler for our Lowell, AR laboratory support team. This in-person role requires careful organization, physical capability to lift 25–50 lbs, and accurate handling of samples from intake to testing and disposition.

The candidate will maintain organized storage, perform filing activities, and coordinate with lab, engineering, and shipping teams to keep testing on schedule. This contract position runs Aug 2026 through Dec 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow procedures precisely.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer tasks.
• Able to work onsite in Lowell, AR and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Manage samples from intake through testing and final disposition using database software.
• Check incoming samples against requirements and flag discrepancies to the project team.
• Keep sample storage areas organized, inventoried, and audit-ready.
• Handle filing activities involving boxes stored on upper shelving.
• Coordinate with lab, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to keep testing on schedule.
