Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of lab systems and workflows.
• Lead UAT and coordinate launch activities for internal tools and clinical tests.
• Collect and document business and technical needs for software tools and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on requirements scoping and building.
• Assist in project tracking, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Investigate product and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
