Qualifications

• 1+ year in inventory control or supply chain operations.
• Experience with inventory systems and processing transactions.
• Experience using Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Typing speed 50+ WPM and 10-key data entry.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity across systems.
• Receive, store, issue, track, and account for inventory movements.
• Fulfill requests, expedite material orders, and support engineers and labs.
• Perform cycle counts, inventories, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Train users on inventory systems and processes.
• Support optimization projects, 6S, and system implementations.
• Conduct audits at Fremont labs and Livermore warehouse as needed.
• Manage disposition activities including returns and scrap processing.
• Provide outstanding service while enforcing standards.
