• Experience with maintenance management systems (Maximo) or similar.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders and maintain timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee allocation and optimization of resources for facilities projects.
• Serve as primary contact for tools, materials, labor resources, and project support.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and financial assets to meet timelines.
• Support planning and completion of maintenance and capital initiatives.
• Monitor resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Use Maximo or similar systems to track maintenance activities.
• Oversee inspections and help develop long-range maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to keep on schedule.
• Track project status and identify resource constraints; propose solutions.
• Prepare reports and communications on resource planning and execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and work both independently and in a team.
