Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee allocation, coordination, and optimization of organizational resources for facilities projects.
• Serve as primary contact for personnel seeking tools, materials, and labor resources.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and financial assets to ensure timely project completion.
• Support planning and execution of facility maintenance and capital improvements.
• Track resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Utilize Maximo or similar systems to monitor maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports and communications on resource planning and project execution.
