The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors team within the SE&TC Center is seeking a Senior Lab Hardware Coordinator to support hardware integration and testing in a fast-paced engineering lab. The role ensures the readiness, compliance, and availability of Special Test Equipment (STE) and Government‑Furnished Equipment (GFE) across engineering and test programs. Key responsibilities include managing lab hardware assets, maintaining government property compliance, supporting hardware setup and calibration coordination, and assisting engineering teams with troubleshooting. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, hands‑on professional who excels in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to enable successful test and integration activities. This is an onsite role in Plano, Texas.
Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
