Job summary

Responsibilities

• Onsite laboratory liaison; work independently at the facility.
• Collect and process specimens; venipuncture across age groups.
• Maintain equipment, records, and specimen flow; ensure PHI protection.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate delays to members.
• Follow policies for specimen handling, storage, and transport.
• Complete training, participate in meetings, and support inspections.
