Responsibilities

Serves as the onsite laboratory liaison for the facility: working lab independently.
Collect laboratory specimens: venipuncture proficiently on all age groups.
Deliver great customer service: establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Greet members promptly with good customer service skills; exhibit competency in Cerner and HealthConnect/EPIC.
Process specimens: handle STATS, coagulation, and other time sensitive specimens.
Be informed: complete mandatory training, participate in inspections, and communicate quality issues to supervisor.
