Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Arlington, TX is seeking a Kitter Associate to ensure timely material readiness for production. You will pick, stage, and organize materials for manufacturing work orders, targeting 98% kit accuracy and proactively reporting shortages or quality issues.

The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and involves collaboration with Production, Planning, and Inventory teams. Training for electric pallet jacks and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience reading BOMs, pick lists, and work orders.
• Basic computer skills and ERP/WMS data entry.
• Strong inventory accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand/walk in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and kit materials for production orders with high accuracy.
• Stage and organize materials for efficient workflow.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and documentation before releasing kits.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns impacting schedules.
• Maintain organized staging and storage areas using 5S and visual controls.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams on urgent orders.
• Perform inventory transactions and movements in ERP/WMS accurately.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy enhancements.
• Dispozition Excess and Obsolete lists as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and work independently or in teams.
