Job summary

Regal Rexnord Thomson Power Systems Arlington is seeking a detail-oriented Kitter Associate to ensure timely material availability for production. You will pick, stage, and organize materials, aiming for 98% kit accuracy and smooth workflow across Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with training on electric pallet jacks and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, materials, logistics, or inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience reading work orders, BOMs, pick lists, or manufacturing documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ERP/WMS entry.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and kit materials for production orders.
• Stage and organize materials to improve workflow.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and documentation before release.
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
• Maintain organized staging areas using 5S and visual management.
